The Family and Community Support Services Association of Alberta (FCSSAA) unites the various Support Services embedded in cities, towns, and hamlets throughout Alberta, providing resources for these programs as they aim to create resiliency for the Albertans they work with. The FCSSAA requested our help, as many of these programs were unaware of the FCSSAA. I conducted research to clarify issues and pain points, and then used the findings to develop a new visual brand identity that I put to good use in developing a completely redesigned website.
